Terms of Service
Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the terms and conditions for the use of the website provided by ASK Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
Article 2. Effective Date and Amendment
- These Terms of Service shall come into effect upon being posted on the Company’s website.
- The Company may amend these Terms of Service as needed. The amended Terms of Service shall come into effect upon being posted on the Company’s website.
- If a user does not agree with the amended Terms of Service, the user may terminate the user agreement.
Article 3. Interpretation of Terms
- The following terms shall have the following meanings in these Terms of Service:
- “User” means a person who uses the service provided by the Company.
- “Member” means a person who has registered for the service provided by the Company and uses it.
- Any matters not provided for in these Terms of Service shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations.
Article 4. Provision and Amendment of Services
- The Company provides the following services:
- Repair of Service
- Engineering of Service
- Part Search & Sales
- Contact us
- Other services that the Company may additionally provide
- The Company may change the type, content, and method of use of the services.
Article 5. Formation of User Agreement
- A user agreement shall be formed when the Company approves the user’s membership application.
- The Company may not approve the user’s membership application in the following cases:
- If the applicant for membership violates or is likely to violate these Terms of Service.
- If the applicant for membership provides false information.
- In other cases where the Company does not approve the membership application based on reasonable judgment.
- At the time of the formation of the user agreement, the Company shall assign a user ID and password to the user.
Article 6. Obligations of Users
- Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Acts that violate these Terms of Service.
- Acts that violate public order and good morals.
- Acts that infringe on the rights of others.
- Acts that damage the Company’s reputation.
- Acts that interfere with the Company’s normal business.
- Acts that violate any other relevant laws and regulations.
- Users are responsible for managing their own ID and password and shall not transfer or lend them to third parties.
- Users shall not post any postings on the Company’s services that are contrary to public order and good morals or that infringe on the copyrights of others.
Article 7. Obligations of the Company
- The Company shall undertake the following obligations:
- To make every effort to provide users with stable and continuous services.
- To make efforts to protect the personal information of users.
- To suspend or delete the user’s ID if the user violates these Terms of Service.
Article 8. Suspension of Services
- The Company may suspend the provision of services for the following reasons:
- Operational or technical difficulties
- Inevitable cases due to scheduled maintenance or construction
- Other reasons recognized by the Company
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages suffered by a user or third party due to the suspension of services.
Article 9. User Postings
- The copyright of any postings posted by a user shall belong to the user.
- The Company may use the user’s postings for the promotion and marketing of the services.
- Users shall not use any information obtained through the services without the prior approval of the Company for purposes of reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods.
Article 10. Disclaimer of Liability by the Company
- The Company shall not be liable for the provision of services if the services cannot be provided due to force majeure such as a natural disaster, war, riot, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages suffered by a user or third party due to the following:
- Acts of the user that violate these Terms of Service.
- Acts of the user that infringe on the rights of others.
- Acts of the user that damage the Company’s reputation.
- Acts of the user that interfere with the Company’s normal business.
- Acts of the user that violate any other relevant laws and regulations.
